These terms and conditions apply to each request for a quote from Joyo Translation for the provision of translation and interpretation services and to the provision of services following acceptance by the client of a quote from our Joyo Translation, who shall agree on the following:

General

This Agreement shall enter into force with immediate effect and shall be valid until the complete fulfilment of contractual obligations. Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, superseding all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of that Contract. Amendments: Except as specifically provided, no amendment to a Contract will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

Our Service

All services of alternate forms or means requested by the client must be agreed upon by the parties in writing and stipulated in detail in this document. Each request for translation and interpretation services made to Joyo Translation and supply of Source Materials to Joyo Translation is made subject to these terms and conditions. No contract exists in respect of any request for translation and interpretation services or in respect of any Source Materials that may be submitted to Joyo Translation, unless and until there is an Accepted Quote. Once there is an Accepted Quote, a “Contract” is formed between the Client and Joyo Translation with respect of the Services described in that quote. The word count of the translation WILL change because of the nature of the different languages, but this WILL NOT change the final price of your document. Joyo Translation, reserves the right to decline to issue a Quote or to provide any translation services if the Source Materials contain any material which Joyo Translation, at its discretion (and without any obligation on Joyo Translation to review the Source Materials for appropriateness, legality or otherwise) considers to be offensive, obscene, contrary to any law or otherwise considered by Joyo Translation to be inappropriate.

Confidentiality of your data

We do our best to keep your personal data safe. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. We assure safe handling of sensitive data such as payment information and limit record keeping on paper. Every action we take with your data is recorded with a timestamp and identity of the associated processor so each step can be traced. No personal data is stored on our personal computer and we are not stored in online databases or synchronized software. All our processors’ computer systems are hard drive encrypted to protect against theft or hacking. We are sure to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. And, Our company will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have an account with us, note that you have a responsibility to keep your username and password secret.

Payment

• We charge our translation Payment by issuing invoice for the translation project on weekly or monthly basis and we may vary the payment method depends upon the client needs.
• The payment should be processed via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer within next 30 days. Please don’t delay the payment after the issuing of invoice.
• After execution of the translation has begun, the purchaser may not cancel the agreement. If the purchaser is not satisfied, the purchaser may contact customer support to express any concerns and refunds are at the discretion of Joyo Translation.
• Translation will be executed and charged at the above-expressed fee and time period.

Children

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. We do not target minors with our services.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites

Our website may use a reputable third party to present or serve advertisements that you may see at our Site. Some third party ad servers may use cookies, web beacons, clear gifs or similar technologies to help present such advertisements, and to help measure and research the advertisements’ effectiveness. The use of these technologies by these third party ad servers is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by our Privacy Policy.

We may send you information about our products and services if we feel that there is a legitimate interest for you to know about our services.

The Translation People will not share your information for marketing purposes with any third party, except for the purpose described above. This does not apply to transnational communications related to customers’ business relationships with The Translation People.
